Kenneth J. Novenstern , Esq.

Kenneth J. Novenstern is a partner at NOVENSTERN & FABRIANI, LLP located in Mt. Kisco, NY. He was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 1985. He commenced the practice of law in Syracuse, NY at the matrimonial firm of ALDERMAN & ALDERMAN. He moved back to Westchester County in 1986 and continued the practice of matrimonial law in White Plains, NY. He then became employed in Mt. Kisco, NY in 1987, and has been a member of the Mt. Kisco legal community for over 18 years.

Mr. Novenstern has been engaged in all facets of Matrimonial Law for approximately 20 years. His work in the matrimonial field has included litigation for that entire period, and has been expanded to include mediation and Collaborative Law since 2004. Having seen the impact of actively litigated matters on people’s lives and finances, he has gained a greater appreciation for the importance of alternative dispute resolution methods in the matrimonial field. He has been handling Collaborative Law cases since 2004, and is taking every opportunity to obtain additional training and to enter into discussions with other Collaborative Law attorneys to be better prepared for addressing the situations which arise at the collaborative conferences.
