Martin
Ashley , Esq.
Martin Ashley is an attorney in private practice in Somers, New York. He is a member of the Westchester and Putnam counties Law Guardian panels, representing children in a variety of cases by appointment of the courts.
Mr. Ashley became a lawyer in 1976, and since 1995 has concentrated on divorce and family law, handling contested, uncontested, mediated and litigated cases. He joined the New York Collaborative Law Group in 2005.
About Collaborative Law, Mr. Ashley states: “In my years as a divorce lawyer, I have seen too many couples fight court battles that no one really wins, creating extreme stress for themselves and their children. I look to Collaborative Law as a process for solving the problems of divorcing couples with less struggle, less pain and less financial expense”.
In addition to practicing law, Mr. Ashley is an author and publisher, and runs Enterprise Publishing, a company that publishes two of his books.
