Robin D.
Carton , Esq.
Robin D. Carton is an attorney in private practice in the Law Offices of Carton & Rosoff, P.C., and maintains offices in Harrison and in New Rochelle, New York. She has been a member of the New York State Bar since 1983, and currently practices primarily Family Law. She is a member of the Law Guardian Panel for the Ninth Judicial District since 1989, and currently serves on the panels in Westchester and in Putnam Counties.
Ms. Carton is President of the Law Guardian Association of Westchester County, and a member of its Law Guardian Liaison Committee. She is a member of the Westchester Women's Bar Association, accepts referrals from the Moderate Means Matrimonial Panel, and is a member of the Westchester County Bar Association and its Family Law Committee. She is on the panel of qualified fiduciaries eligible to receive appointments in the Supreme and Surrogate Courts of Westchester and Putnam Counties, and has received accreditation training for the Westchester County Hearing Officer and A.L.J. Panel.
Ms. Carton also serves on the Board of Directors of Juvenile Law Education Project, a non-profit agency dedicated to preventing juvenile delinquency by presenting workshops in schools throughout Westchester County, and on the Board of the Restorative Justice Initiative. She is a member of the New York State Interdisciplinary Forum on Mental Health and Family Law, and a member of the Westchester County Interdisciplinary Panel. Ms. Carton is also a trained and certified mediator, and a member of the New York Collaborative Law Group.
