Advanced Training for Mental Health Professionals: Alignment Issues in Collaborative Teams

Nancy Ross, LCSW, BCE is a co-founder of Collaborative divorce. She is a nationally renowned trainer for mental health professionals who is one of the pioneers of the full team model within collaborative practice. She is both a divorce coach and mediator for custody and post-divorce issues. A founding member of the IACP, and certified interer[ersonal communications trainer, she was one of the original trainers for the NYACP Interdisciplinary Trainings. We are pleased that she is coming back to work exclusively with mental health professionals to focus on alignment issues within teams.
